The Sierra Nevada Límite SUBIDA AL VELETA is the cyclotourism event with the highest altitude finish line in Europe. A real cyclotourism challenge where the lovers of two wheels will face one of the longest mountain passes in Europe with more than 38km of ascent, with a positive difference in altitude of 2250m and an altitude of 3100m.
With a spectacular route from Cenes De la Vega to the foot of Veleta, the Sierra Nevada Límite Subida al Veleta offers a unique cycling experience for all cycling enthusiasts.
The start of the SNL SUBIDA AL VELETA will take place at 8:00h from the Sports Pavilion of Cenes de la Vega.
The finish of the SNL SUBIDA AL VELETA will take place at the Pico Veleta.

The schedule of withdrawals for the SNL SUBIDA AL VELETA will be as follows:
All cyclists who retire or do not pass the closure of each control point in the established time will be able to use the broom and retired vehicles. These vehicles will transport the retired cyclists to the next refreshment point, being Cenes de la Vega (finish line) the reference point for the stop.
All runners in the SNL SUBIDA AL VELETA race may hand in their cloakroom bag with any items they wish to collect at the finish line.
The material must be placed in a bag/backpack clearly labelled with the race number.
Participants must hand in their bag before entering the starting box.
